If you are interested in working
with me online via email exchanges, then

Questionnaire.
Once you have
returned your completed questionnaire to
me, I will review it thoroughly and
contact you by email within 24-48 hours.
In many cases, I will be able to
tell you at that point whether I believe
I can be helpful to you. In others, I
may need to ask you a few additional
questions before making that
determination.

How to continue working with me
after you’ve used up your free hour:
Let me know if you’d
like to continue.
We’ll decide together how much
time we think is required for the “next
step.” Then, you'll pay me in advance
for that amount of time. If you feel you
cannot afford to pay the full fee,
please tell me and we’ll discuss a
sliding-scale fee.
Setting up a Telephone
Consultation
If you’d like to
set up a telephone consultation, you
will need to pay for both the
long-distance phone call as well as my
session fee, since I don’t have a
toll-free number.
To schedule a phone session with
me, follow the steps I’ve outlined
complete in my Client
Questionnaire. When you complete
it, send me a note requesting a phone
session.
If I feel that I can help you, we’ll
go ahead and schedule your session after
I’ve received payment for it.

Fees
I charge $90 (US
dollars) for
each hour of
time that I
actually spend
reading your
emails or
composing
replies to you. The
same is true for
telephone
sessions. If you
cannot afford my
regular fee, ask
me about a
sliding-scale
fee based on
your income and
financial
situation
Neither online counseling nor
telephone sessions are covered at
present by health insurance plans.
