   • $39.00 one time setup fee plus $10.00 per month to resubmit.

     • Prepare the page or pages for search engine submission.
     • Includes one time submission as in #1 Basic search Engine Submission. Additional monthly submissions @ $10.00 per month.
4. Optimization Plus.
   • $2,500.00 annual fee plus a .25¢  pay-per-click (ppc)
     • Includes everything in #3 The Home Page Optimization.
     • Insertion into the Yahoo Database.
     • A separate optimized web site based on one to 2 key phrases which redirects to your web site.
     • †Pay-per-click up to $1,200.00 of the initial $2,500.00 fee at no additional cost.

† Pay per click rate of up to $1,200.00 will deplete based on amount of click troughs. This could deplete within hours, days, weeks or months.

4. Complete Optimization and Promotion.
   • $750.00 per month with a 6 month minimum commitment.
     • Complete optimization of complete web site including home page and up to 15 additional internal pages.
     • Complete promotion of web site based on one key phrase.
     • Includes everything in #2 & #3 Home Page Optimization.
     • Complete Web site and search engine monitoring.
     • Comprehensive monthly Statistics and reports.
5. Complete Optimization and Promotion Plus.
   • $2,000.00 Initial fee plus $1,000.00 per month with a 6 month minimum commitment.
     • Includes all of the above optimization packages.
     • Inclusion into all of the participating subscription based search engines Including Yahoo, Look Smart and Google.

     • Comprehensive monthly Statistics and reports.
6. Optional Key Word, Key Phrase Promotion.
   • $500.00 per month plus pay-per-click Budget
     • Key word and key word phrase management.
     • Budget based tracking.
     • You select your budget.
     • Includes up to 50 key word or key word phrases.
     • Complete Web site and search engine monitoring.
     • Comprehensive monthly Statistics and reports.
7. Optional Key Word, Key Phrase Promotion Plus.
   • $1,000.00 per month plus Budget
     • Includes everything in  #6, Optional Key Word, Key Phrase Promotion.
     • Also includes Pop-up and pop-under management.

Our Guarantee

We will provide all of the services as outlined above based on the package selected for a period of not less than 6 months. We will guarantee that your site will achieve the rankings budgeted for and maintain a top 10 to 20 position in the participating search engines as outlined. If we do not achieve this we will continue beyond the 6 month commitment up to an additional 2 months at no charge to you. This guarantee does not include the pay per click positioning due to the changing cost and budget allocation.
