This is a hand applique on satinque.  More of a traditional look with boning and sleeves.  The style now is to have the appliques be stand alone, which Kay’s does.  Each year we chance something…But the beauty remains.  Also we never use zippers that show anymore.  But I just like this look, don’t you?  Maybe without the bow (also not in style anymore).
