Within
Eudora, Select "Tools" and then Select
"Options".
1. Within the Tool Bar on the left side of the Box, Select
"Getting Started".
2. Enter your POP Account Information, example
user@domain.com. (the following two steps are optional)
3. Enter your real name, for example 'John Richards'.
4. Enter your return address, example 'user@domain.com'.

After
completing the first steps, select "Hosts" within
the Tool Bar.
1. Verify that the POP Account information is correct.
2. If you want to use our outgoing mail, put
mail.yourdomain.com in for SMTP, where YOURDOMAIN.COM is
your domain. For example, at Orlando Web Solutions we might
use something like mail.networkshosting.com.
3. Your pop3 username/password can be found in the email
settings under the control panel.

When
maintaining multiple accounts within the same domain name,
you can use this feature to download the mail as that
specific user. All that you need is the basic e-mail account
information and to save the information within the Eudora
options area. Passwords can be 'remembered' or not for
security.
Note: you can also use your website IP address for your
incoming and outgoing mail instead of the domain names. If
you do not know what this means, just follow the examples
above.
