RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist new business sales representative with incoming leads. Manage
responses to Requests for Proposals. Conduct demonstrations of

TITLE:
Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for new account sales of our
product. The focus will be on community and smaller regional banks
up to 2 Billion in assets. This product provides a world class core
banking, teller and platform system that can be operated in house by
the bank or in a service bureau environment at our data center. The
sales executive will be completely responsible for identifying
prospects, qualifying prospects, guiding the sales process and
bringing deals to closure. The sales process is supported by a city
based sales support organization and/or local sales support
resources. The location of this position is flexible but will likely
be in Omaha, NE, Kansas City, MO or Des Moines, IA.
EDUCATION :
Bachelors Degree from a four year college or university or ten years
of sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
SKILLS:
The sales professional we seek must have at least 10 years
experience selling complex technology solutions to community and
regional banks in the territory he or she will cover. Core banking
software sales experience is preferred. Must possess proven track
record of success; a good understanding of the banking industry;
excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building
skills; excellent networking skills, both internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include generating leads, qualifying prospects, making
executive level sales presentations to clients and closing sales.
Oversee and maintain constant, cordial and vigilant contact with
clients to ensure that every possible lead has been exploited to
derive maximum customer and company benefit.
EDUCATION:
Must have a Bachelors Degree in a related discipline. (Computer
Sciences preferred)
SKILLS:
Must have 3 years of hands on field sales account management
experience dealing with technology products or services. MCIF
experience is ideal. Must have successful record in handling leading
major accounts with big ticket sales through strong executive-level
relationships (C level, Department Level) with major accounts in the
banking or insurance markets. Must have comprehensive understanding
of software design and computer technology sales. Must have the
ability to discuss business needs with executive management while
leveraging our company's solutions. Must demonstrate the ability to
position and negotiate enterprise wide agreements. Strong
communication skills both written and verbal. Position reports to
Vice-President of Sales. 80% or more travel.
