Sales2fi's objective is to properly match a candidate with a client. Both parties need to believe that the relationship will be mutually beneficial. While this may sound simplistic, it is the goal by which every recruiting firm's reputation is judged. In order to accomplish this objective, a painstaking effort is required on the part of the members of our team. While most recruiting firms view their job as completed upon the delivery of an acceptable candidate to the client, we believe that the true test of our skills rest in the aftermath of the placement. The new employee must be well suited to the position and deliver the expected results. Of course, management also must work diligently in the relationship, making certain that the individual receives the proper support throughout the transition into the new position. Therefore, it is our belief that a recruiting firm cannot be judged strictly on the delivery of a qualified candidate to a client company, but even more importantly must be judged on the performance in the assigned position. Our ultimate goal is to convert candidates into clients as they receive promotions within their organizations and need to backfill their former positions.
