How to Order if paying by Credit Card

You'll find our shopping basket straight-forward and easy to manage. Instructions guiding you through the process are few and clear; operation is intuitive. As you tour the site, you can review your basket's contents, revise your purchase whenever and as often as you like, and monitor a running total. An 8% sales tax, calculated automatically upon checkout, will apply to purchases shipped to destinations in Colorado.

Shipping Info

Cigi Creations will pay your shipping costs* using UPS ground service. If you would like your pillow(s) shipped overnight or two day instead of UPS ground please select which option you would like from the dropdown menu upon order completion. If paying by check please specify which shipping method you would like in your email. Domestic shipping prices are as follows:

*Cigi Creations will only pay shipping costs for domestic delivery. International orders will be charged $30.00 for Express Mail International delivery service (usually 4-7 business days).

Credit Card Orders

CiGi Creations offers a wide variety of payment options. Credit card transactions are conducted using state-of-the-art, secure technology. We are proud to offer MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Check/Money Orders

Customers who prefer not to order through our online shopping cart system and pay by check or money order instead are given that options as well. If you are placing your order with a check or money order please do not use the online "shopping cart" and simply email orders@cigicreations with your order. Please include the product name and product code in your email as well as your shipping address and shipping method (see above). We will respond to your request letting you know we have received your order and the address to mail your payment to. Your Pillow(s) will be shipped promptly as soon as money order is received/check clears.

"One of a Kind" Items

Since these designer pillows are "one of a kind pieces", we have to work on a first come first serve basis. Similar pillows will replace the sold pieces are far as likeness in artwork. We cannot guarantee color choices, as we are at the mercy of textures and dyes.

Customer Satisfaction

At CiGi Creations, we guarantee our products. If, within 10 days of the receipt of our purchase, you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund. CiGi Creations will send you a pre-addressed return pillow mailer bag at once. Just fill the bag (1 pillow per bag) and return it. All returns must be in the special mailer bag to insure a safe return delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Upon receipt of the item, we will immediately refund your purchase price.
