Purpose
Our
purpose is to implement the user’s right of what material may
be transmitted or viewed over their personal and commercial
computers in order to protect minors from obtaining
adult-content material without interrupting the normal process
of adult websites and the user’s privacy. Such implementation
only gives the user’s and owners of theses computers the
rights to discern what material may be transmitted to their
computers or not. These individual’s such as parents,
guardians, schools, libraries, the workplace and such agree that
if the individual is under 18 years of age then they shall by
law take such actions that are necessary to prevent unauthorized
access to such information by a minor. This proposal gives the
user such action the liberty to prevent such information from
being transmitted and viewed by their computers allowing for
individual discretion and freedom of electronic material. This
will also help prevent our children from accessing these
pornographic websites through chatrooms, emails, and links.
