This super clean Maverick was completely restored by one of
our Orange City, Florida members namely Dave Damato, sometimes
referred to as "Do it right Dave". The car was
stripped bare, the interior removed including the front and
rear glass, bumpers, lights, grill, chrome, bumpers, etc. and
the usual stuff to get down to the metal. Then the entire car
was given the Damato treatment which consisted of massaging
any dents and/or puckers out of the metal and then sanding the
entire car with loving care and afterwards many coats of
primer then more sanding. Then after the body was straight as
possible the many applications of brilliant white paint was
applied.
One of the interesting facts about this work is that it was
all performed at Dave's own home in his garage from start to
finish. Incidentally, if you are in need of work from dent
